The Chrysler Pacifica has similar performance to the Odyssey, with strong acceleration and responsive handling. It also gets similar fuel economy estimates of 18 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway. The Odyssey beats the Pacifica in cargo size; the Pacifica has a maximum space of 140.5 cubic feet, while the Odyssey has 158 cubic feet. However, the Pacifica's second-row seats can be stowed under the floor, while the Odyssey's second row has to be removed to maximize storage capacity. The Pacifica's seats aren't as comfortable or as adjustable as the Odyssey's. Both minivans offer competitive technology, but the Odyssey offers more, including CabinTalk, CabinWatch, and wireless phone charging. The Pacifica has a lower starting price of $28,995, but the redesigned Odyssey is worth the extra cash.
